Disposable Pressure Transducer (DPT)
A sterile, single-use pressure transducer that converts a patient's arterial or central venous pressure into an electrical signal for continuous, real-time waveform monitoring on the bedside monitor — a more precise and immediate picture than an intermittent cuff reading.
A more accurate window into blood pressure
The DPT sits between a patient's arterial or central-venous catheter and the bedside monitor. Instead of an intermittent cuff reading, clinicians see a live, continuous pressure waveform — essential for patients whose blood pressure needs to be watched moment to moment.
The kit includes everything needed for setup: a 120 cm pressure tube with a 30 cm extension, a continuous 3 mL/hour flush device to keep the line clear, and a monitor cable connector matched to the hospital's existing patient monitors.
Built for reliable, everyday ICU use
DEHP-Free & Latex-Free
Safer for sensitive and pediatric patient populations, with no plasticizer leaching risk.
Closed Blood Sampling
An optional closed sampling reservoir reduces infection risk and avoids wasting the patient's blood.
Consistent Build Quality
Every component is produced under the same quality system, from part to finished, sterile kit.
Broad Monitor Compatibility
Nine connector options cover Abbott, Edwards, BD, Philips/B.Braun and more — no new hardware needed.
One, two or three pressure lines at once
Every kit is single-use, supplied sterile, and includes the same 120 cm pressure tube, 30 cm extension and continuous flush device.
Single Channel
Arterial line (ABP) monitoring.
Dual Channel
ABP + CVP simultaneous monitoring.
Triple Channel
Multi-site hemodynamic monitoring.
Closed, needle-free blood sampling
A version of the kit adds a blood sampling reservoir directly on the pressure line — letting staff draw an arterial sample without disconnecting the system or exposing themselves to a needlestick.
- Needleless design — no separate flushing device required after sampling.
- Self-closing reservoir — flushes automatically during infusion to reduce residual blood in the line.
- Negative-pressure return — conserved blood is pushed back to the patient instead of discarded.
Type I
Standard twist-knob design — turn counter-clockwise to draw, clockwise to return.
Type II
Push-pull plunger, Edwards-style — pull to draw, push to return.
Type III
Push-pull plunger, Abbott-style — pull to draw, push to return.
The main components
Flush Device · Chip · Zeroing Stopcock
Clears air, senses pressure, and references the sensor to atmosphere.
Cable Connector
Plugs into the monitor's pressure module via the interface cable.
Stopcock & Sampling Port
Directs flow through the line and takes a syringe or vacuum tube.
Blood Sampling Reservoir
Draws and returns blood on kits supplied with the reservoir option.
